Jamal Lowe: Swansea ahead racially abused on Instagram | Soccer Information

Swansea’s Jamal Lowe has reported being the goal of racist abuse on social media platform Instagram.

The abuse occurred within the wake of a 1-0 Championship defeat at Birmingham on Friday evening.

On Saturday, a person replied to one among Lowe’s Instagram posts with a derogatory message and two monkey emojis.

Lowe wrote “some critical idiots on the market” when he reposted the message on a subsequent Instagram story.

The account which despatched the abusive message can now not be discovered on Instagram.

Sky Sports activities Information has contacted Fb, which owns Instagram, for remark.

The incident the newest instance of a footballer being focused for racial abuse on social media platforms.

Lowe is the third Swansea participant to have suffered such abuse this 12 months.
